Service Description
Our Yoga classes will incorporate a variety of yoga poses, including standing, balancing, seated, and inverted poses. In addition to the physical benefits, such as improved strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, the practice aims to cultivate mindfulness and focus by connecting breath and movement. The class typically begins with a warm-up and a series of Sun Salutations to build heat and prepare the body for more challenging postures. Throughout the session, there is an emphasis on mindful breathing, alignment, and the development of strength and flexibility. Each class concludes with a period of relaxation and meditation (savasana), allowing students to absorb the benefits of the practice and leave with a sense of rejuvenation and inner peace.
